In an interesting turn of events, the Pennsylvania Board of Game Commissioners tabled the reintroduction of American Martens back into the state, instead of moving forward with an official vote.
This was one of the decisions made at the most recent board meeting Saturday.
Some of the other topics voted on — hunting fur-bearers with dogs, ice eaters to be legalized, and the black rail will be listed as a threatened species.

Convertible fans have just a few more months to buy one of the last American-brand drop-tops. Buick last week confirmed a long-running rumor that it will discontinue its Cascada convertible after the 2019 model year.
The 2019 Buick Cascada is the only front-wheel-drive convertible from a Detroit automaker and one of just a handful of four-seat drop-tops left on the market. Automotive News first reported Buick's plan to drop the Cascada but did not say when the convertible will end production.
